LIFE IS STRESSFUL! Whether you feel stressed-out, anxious, depressed, are simply not coping as effectively in life as you would like or are experiencing a life transition, there is hope! My practice is unique. As a psychologist and coach, I combine brief, short-term therapy with coaching. This therapeutic coaching is different than traditional therapy and more comprehensive than life coaching. I offer insights and guidance. I will coach you through a journey of empowerment where you will gain knowledge, be heard, learn ways of healthy coping, shift your mindset, set goals, make changes, and achieve overall well-being to live life to its fullest!
I've worked in the mental health field for over 28 years and recognize the importance of individualized care. I work collaboratively with each patient on their individual needs using an eclectic approach of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I help my patients understand how the past has influenced the present, teach them effective coping skills for managing their current crisis(es), assist them at setting goals for the future, and serve as a guide, cheerleader, and coach throughout the process towards achieving those goals.

Meet Dr. Michele
With over 28 years of diverse experience, Dr. Michele is passionate about helping others achieve overall
well-being. She will actively serve as a guide, coach, and cheerleader to enable you to feel empowered, achieve your goals, and simply FEEL BETTER!
Trained in various treatment interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dr. Michele creates eclectic and individualized treatment plans to meet each patient's needs. However, she is a firm believer that the key in any patient improvement is the therapeutic relationship and the trust and connectedness between patient and psychologist. Therefore, a collaborative partnership is to be expected when working with Dr. Michele.

My practice is a niche practice that combines brief, short-term therapy with coaching.
I only offer phone sessions of 60 minutes or more.
Sessions are flexibly scheduled and are on an as-needed basis.
I also offer trainings, workshops, and retreats.
